This section of LawrenceRock.com contains reviews and analysis on new albums from local and non-local bands, concerts and shows, theatrical productions, and anything else that someone would want to write a review on. If you would like to write reviews for LawrenceRock please send us an e-mail at info@lawrencerock.com. We will take just about anything. There are no constraints on the writing in the way of length or content. For example if you were writing an album review you could write anywhere from a paragraph going over the highlights of the recording to a six page in-depth analysis of the work. Any reviews submitted would be greatly appreciated.

The
Daybirds By: Evan S. |
"Its hard to imagine a band more eager to please than The Daybirds. Their last album, Turnstyle, clocked in at a whopping eighteen tracks, only two of which merited skipping." |

The
Elevator Division |
"Lyrically attacking heavier material and adding more layers musically with a new member, Kansas City band Elevator Division is putting out new music once again." |
|
|
Minus
Story |
"After listening to the new album "Moebius Syndrome" by Minus Story, I was left scratching my head. The first question that presented itself to me was who are these guys and how the hell did this come out of Boonville, Missouri??" | |

Johnny
Cash By: Evan S. |
"Johnny Cash can kick your ass. Its a fact and it always has been, so get used to it. In the long history of rebels, outcasts, and bad-asses, no one can touch the man called Cash." |
